Privacy Policy

Anonymous by design. Encryption first. Sovereignty protected.

Our Privacy Promise

We built OutPatiented and the Sovereign Intelligence Framework (SIF) to operate without identity capture. We do not require names, phone numbers, government IDs, or traditional accounts. Sensitive steps occur only inside end-to-end encrypted Proton email threads after you initiate.

No public payment links. No public waiver links. No PHI collection.

Anonymous by Design

What We Don’t Collect

If a submission contains PHI or identity markers, it may be rejected or redacted to maintain structural anonymity.

Signals You Choose to Share

Inside SIF, you may voluntarily share signals — for example, your pattern notes, tracking entries, or responses inside the encrypted onboarding process. These inputs are used to construct your map and trajectory.

Encrypted Workflow

Cookies & Minimal Metrics

Public pages may use minimal, aggregate metrics to understand basic site performance (for example, page visits and load times). We avoid behavioral profiles, cross-site tracking, and invasive analytics. Sensitive actions never occur on public pages and are not tied to these metrics.

Trusted Processors

When needed, we may use vetted third-party processors to host secure, encrypted forms or facilitate payment within the encrypted flow. These processors are selected to support confidentiality, minimize retained data, and align with SIF’s sovereignty requirements. We do not sell or rent your inputs to any third party.

Your Controls

Important Clarity

OutPatiented and the Sovereign Intelligence Framework provide analysis, education, and structured mapping only. We are not a medical provider and do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this site or in our exchanges should substitute for professional medical guidance. If you are in crisis or experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Policy Updates

This policy may evolve as SIF evolves. Any material changes to privacy or data handling will be reflected here with an updated revision date.
